Bitskwela has proudly announced their newest adviser: Paolo Dioquino of Pendle Finance.

As early as 2017, Paolo was already involved in the cryptocurrency space, but he went full time in 2020. He was previously part of Everse Capital as a lead researcher, which provided him the opportunity to join angel/seed rounds for startups focused on GameFi.

Paolo currently handles Growth for External Relations for Pendle Finance, a decentralized finance protocol where users can execute various yield strategies. He is a core contributor for DeFi Philippines, a tight-knit community sharing DeFi insights, education and strategies. Additionally, Paolo is also known for his role as a core contributor to Eth63 and as an organizer for Ethereum community events through Eth63.

As an advisor, Paolo is responsible for assisting with the DeFi content direction for Bitskwela, aid in the governance process when it comes to DeFi-related collaborations, assist in communicating to partners, and supporting the company in the best capacity, among other things.

In light of his recent appointment, Paolo shares his perspective: "DeFi opens the gates to financial products in an open, permissionless, and censorship-resistant manner. This allowed early users the opportunity on high-interest products, lucrative strategies, or financial knowledge once only available to institutions or high net-worth individuals. I'm looking forward to sharing my experiences and joining Bitskwela as one of the leading educators for crypto education in the Philippines."
