MANILA, Philippines — October 6, 2026 — Apper Digital Inc. (Apper AI Solutions), a Manila-based AI engineering firm, has been promoted to the Select tier of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network. It is the first company in the Philippines to earn this distinction.

Anthropic is one of the biggest and most valuable artificial intelligence companies in the world, reaching a valuation of $965 billion. In March 2026 it launched the Claude Partner Network as its official program for firms that deploy Claude for enterprise customers, and committed US$100 million to partner training, technical support and co-marketing. Claude is a family of large language models (LLMs) developed by Anthropic, an AI safety and research company founded by former OpenAI executives. First launched in 2023, Claude is a primary competitor to OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Gemini, and it is widely recognized for its advanced reasoning, conversational nuance, and unique emphasis on safety.

More than 40,000 firms have applied to join. Within the network's Services Track, partners advance through The Claude Partner Network features four primary tiers based on verified certifications, active production deployments, and public customer stories; Registered, Select, Preferred and Global Premier tiers based on proven delivery, not just membership. To reach Select, a firm must have at least 10 Claude-certified practitioners and at least two customers running Claude in production. It must also publish a customer story that Anthropic has validated.

Apper was founded in Metro Manila in 2019. It helps Philippine enterprises in BPO, fintech, professional services and enterprise IT put AI into production. The firm is an AWS Advanced  Tier Services Partner and a Google Cloud Service Delivery Partner, and it has trained more than 200 certified cloud and AI professionals.

Apper's flagship offering is Claude Professional Services, a structured program that turns Claude, powered by Anthropic, into production AI workflows, custom agents and decision systems that client teams can run and improve over time. The program has three phases, and clients can start at whichever one fits:

  • Enable: team readiness, use-case discovery and governance
  • Architect: reference architecture, model routing and evaluation criteria
  • Build: production deployment with observability and post-launch support

Most engagements reach production in six to 12 weeks. Apper engineers pair-program with the client's own team, so the client owns what gets built.

The customer story behind Apper's promotion is its work with D.W. Morgan Company, Inc., a logistics technology firm that has served supply chains in more than 170 countries for 35 years. In 10 weeks, Apper trained 14 D.W. Morgan engineers, who then built four agentic systems on the Claude Agent SDK. One of them, a legacy migrator now in production, moved a Rails backend to Go in two hours for US$22 in Claude usage. Doing that work by hand was estimated at a week and a half.

"For Philippine enterprises, this means a local team whose certifications and delivery work have been reviewed by Anthropic itself," said Diwa "Wawi" del Mundo, Founder and CEO of Apper. "Filipino organizations can adopt the same technology enterprises use worldwide, with support in their own timezone, from a team that understands regulations like the Data Privacy Act."
